Classical massage involves working on a persons soft tissue (Skin Connective tissue, and muscles.) This type of massage can be either preventative or used to treat existing injuries and limitations in mobility. The professionell Group that performs massage is called a masseur or massage therapist. 

A Certified sport massage therapist specializes in preventing and treating sports injuries, improving recovery, and optimizing physical performance. The training usually builds on basic classical massage and adds advanced techniques such as trigger point therapy, muscle stretching and taping. 

Training typically covers the following area. Anatomy and Physiology in - depth understanding of muscles, joints and the body´s biomechanics. Sports Medicine Identification of sports-related injuries their occurrence and rehabilation. Treatment Techniques.Advanced sport massage Myofascial Release and stretching Injury prevention functional screening and movement optimization

CBT is used successfully for a range of different conditions, such as depression, anxiety disorders, stress and phobias.

Where the therapist works with codes via the piano and the adept = the student or adult plays drums based on different sets of drums, cymbals, you work with reading and writing by using different attributes and you work with concentration difficulties. It is suitability by using clay pigeons and recorder, it is suitable for children and young people with some disability or concentration difficulties such as ADHD , Down Syndrom, Autism, Asperger´s multiple disabilities also for adults who have dementia or have had a stroke. During Kristinas own project work in 2003-2004. Kristina wrote her own lyrics and music to help Children´s Rights in Society and a collaboration with Kerstin Sjöbratt, Then head of BRIS in Gothenburg. 

 

2009 Kristina had an own band with own written lyrics and music. She was also the coordinator for 6 other bands for gigs in Arvika Nightclub Ritz in Sweden 

 

In 2012 Kristina sang  in the swedisch TV Choir i competition when the putte choir won that Year. 

In 2013 Kristina led her own adult Choir where she taught them to act in Theater and Believe in themselves to perform a public Melodifestival Medley for the audience in the people´s park as the end of the work together, In Vetlanda

Kristina Began studying Staff scientist 1 year linel human Resources science, subjects such as sociology, pedagogy, psychology and human resources science, socail science. 2021-2022

In 2021 Kristina Studied Ethics and humanistic perspective in health and medical care and vare work, Including humanstic perspective and person-centered approach and values in health and medical care and ethnical and theoretical principles.
